“I had gotten a horse “Devlin” who had
been very neglected. Mr. Garvey (Charles)
came in and started doing Structural
Energetic Therapy (SET), Stress Point
Therapy and energy work. When tested, it was
found that al four of Devlin’s legs had pain. This
was the reason he was most comfortable standing on asphalt. Any variation in the attitude of his hooves caused pain. After the second week of therapy, Devlin was able to walk comfortably on grass. On the third week, he was able to trot on grass. After the fourth week, he was able to go in an angled drainage ditch and come back out. The fifth week, I opened the stall door and he ran out into the pasture, on legs that no longer hurt. He ran opened the stall door and he ran out into the pasture, on legs that no longer hurt. He ran all day and he didn’t want to go back into his stall that evening. On the sixth week, he was able to rear up on his hind legs. I am grateful to Mr. Gavey for all the therapy he has given Devlin. Devlin seems happier than he’s ever been. I would recommend Mr. Garvey to anyone who has a horse in pain. “This testimonial is given regarding the use of Structural Energetic Therapy (SET) on horses. One of our therapy horses, “Doc” was kicked by another horse and sustained an injury to his left shoulder. Doc’s veterinarian suspected a fracture of the spine of his scapula. This injury left him 3-legged and lame. Then Charles began using SET and energy work on him. Doc showed almost immediate improvement and we were able to reduce his pain medications. Charles continued to treat him over a 4 week period. we all noticed considerable improvement following each session. His veterinarian remarked she was impressed with the speed of his recovery, particularly given his degree of lameness immediately post-injury.
