“I have been going to Charles Garvey since the 3rd quarter of 2009. When I first started, both shoulders were in constant pain and lacked flexibility. Charles has improved both tremendously.

On a recent golf outing in which I played 117 holes of golf in 31/2 days my game had improved so much I won all the money, was nicknamed “Steady Eddy” and they (my foursome) got mad because I played so well.

“I have had a problem with a rotator cuff for a couple of months. Fried taking care of it myself with ice and plasters. It would get just so far and do some simple movement and end up at square one again. I finally decided I needed help and asked my neighbor Charles. Garvey. It was the best thing I did. I could not pull my pants down, hook a bra, put a seat belt on without pain. REAL PAIN! It took one good session. My muscles were sore from the deep therapy, but each day, it faded more. I got up off the table, able to actually roll my arm over my head. I even got in the car and hooked my seat beat. Could not believe it.

It is a week now, and I am very careful but I can actually sleep, go to work outs and use five pound weights. I‘m 70 and keeping up with the young Whipper Snappers.” Thanks again Charles!
